So, is A-B (BUD) going to take this over? Don't they own at least 30% and possibly option even more? This is one of three that did - and as far as I know still does - market through Craft Brand Alliance - which is A-B distributors. Their P&L sheets were weak because while the volume kept growing, the price from A-B was slimmer. Now the stock has show some black ink and doubled in the last year and a half. It seems if A-B is interested, and it is proving itself, it would be better to move to a clear majority position a lot sooner rather than later.
