'INCOME TAX ACT'

Buddie,
But, I have been trying to tell you.
The CanLII copy is not the legitimate
Income Tax Act because there IS NO
legitimate Income Tax Act of Canada.

The terms of a contract has NOTHING to do
with 'enacted legislation' (law), and law cannot
have anything to do with the right of contract.

And, that is what the so-called Income Tax Act
of Canada IS - is the terms of a contact. It can
say anything which the maker of the contract
desires it to say, and IF the party to which the
contract is offered accepts the contract, then
whatever the terms are, that is what they are.

There is supposed to be 'due process of law'
in the way contracts are deemed to be legitimate,
and one is that 'all the terms' must be disclosed
to the acceptor party, or there is 'fraud'. However,
since the acceptance of this 'contract of servitude'
is between the maker of the 'legal identity entity'
and the legal identity entity, the latter being the
property of the maker, such a stipulation of
requirement to disclose is waived as a privilege
of the master.

I know you do not think that you are a slave, but
so long as you use the birth certificate name
and allow it to be identified by the features of
your physical body, you ARE A SLAVE.

You should read this webpage that used
to be on Eldon's detax website:

http://kanata.250free.com/slave.htm

It was copied and adapted from an American
website that is now defunct (as are a lot of
American websites that truth was revealed).
