Becoming wealthy might be as easy as just eliminating some bad habits.
Some of us have bad habits that we don’t even know are holding us back… while others… know very well what the issues are… but still are stuck… repeating them.
If you fall in the case of the ladder, I’ve got some advice for you:
Keep llamas as a pet.
That’s right… keep llamas… take up sailing… grow tomatoes… read a different newspaper in the morning… stop watching so much TV… change up the radio station you listen to… pick up a new language… take a different route to work… sample a new dish… mix up the music you listen to… and try not to have your phone attached to your hip 24/7.
These are just a few ideas… but the point is… try something new that you’ve never tried before… even if it makes you feel slightly uncomfortable.
Embrace this exercise fully and try to approach it without preconceived notions. Be alert to your inner dialog—as you take on this new and exciting challenge.
The reason for this exercise is for you to establish a new habit, and replace it with a habit that’s been holding you back.
Sometimes the brain needs a little help to establish new habits, and trying something different—not even something you “want” to try – is a way to feed the brain along its new path.
Here’s to new habits.
