Summary. We want you to be happy with your service from RagingBull, and we created this information to provide clarity about refunds, auto-renewal and cancellations to help you make an informed choice. Rather than type out our full company name every time, we’ve referred to RagingBull.com, LLC and its affiliates collectively as “we” or “us” throughout this policy.
One-time purchases or periodic subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded, unless there are additional terms for a specific product or service that permit otherwise.
You can cancel the auto-renewal for your subscription-based service at any time, prior to the renewal date and you will continue to have access to your subscription or a substantially similar subscription through the end of your subscription term. We do not provide refunds or credits for any full or partial subscription term, unless there are additional terms of the specific subscription that allow for refunds.
If you wish to stop your service from renewing annually, you will need to cancel service at least 3 business days prior to the renewal date listed on your profile to avoid renewing. You can cancel your auto-renewal by clicking "cancel" next to your subscription in your profile. We must receive your written request to cancel the renewal of your subscription-based service at least 3 business days before the next subscription term to avoid further charges. Before each renewal, we will send a reminder with the term of the subscription and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method you selected.
Unless you cancel the auto-renewal for your subscription, the subscription-based service will be automatically extended for successive renewal period of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate.
If the service to which you originally subscribed has been modified, updated or discontinued, then we may, at our discretion, offer to transition you into a similar service of equal or greater value or we can issue you a credit towards a future service.
We are unable to grant a refund to any subscriber who has contravened any of our Terms of Service.
Although we do not offer refunds on initial subscriptions or an auto-renewed subscription, you may, within seven (7) days of the auto-renewal of your subscription, contact us to request that we use the full value of your subscription auto-renewed amount as a non-refundable credit to your account. The granting of this credit is at the sole discretion of RagingBull. If a credit if granted, you agree to immediately make a single, one-time switch to another service at the then current subscription rate plus any applicable taxes. If the value of that new service subscription is greater than your original service subscription, you will be charged the difference between the services. If the value of that new service is less than your original service subscription, we will extend the initial term of the new service subscription to fully utilize the credit on your account.
