TRKA – 2nd day play, closed up over 49% on non-binding takeover offer from Genius Group (GNS)
Troika Media Group (TRKA) exploded yesterday after Genius Group CEO Roger James Hamilton tweeted that Genius Group had sent Troika Media a non-binding offer to acquire TRKA with a proposal on capital restructure. The terms are confidential and approved by the GNS board.
TRKA IPO’d in 2021 at a price of $4.15 and closed yesterday at $0.2990.
The $0.3080 area was resistance yesterday and in the pre-market, so should be an important pivot point today.
Above it the first target would be yesterday’s high of $0.33. Above the targets are $0.4250, $0.4990, a gap to fill at $0.5600 and then $0.80 and $1 beyond that.
Below $0.3080, there is potential support at $0.27, $0.2575, and then back to the $0.20 area, where this move began.
FFIE – Up over 10% in pre-market after announcing the start of production of the FF91 electric vehicle in California factory
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (FFIE) is beginning production on the FF 91 Futuris, an intelligent EV in the ultra-luxury car market. FFIE announced that a final launch event for the FF 91 Futurist will be hosted on April 26, 2023 so this could be a catalyst play into that date.
FFIE is backed by giant Palantir (PLTR).
FFIE is trading around yesterday’s high of $0.3870 in the pre-market after exploding as high as $0.46 on the news.
Above $0.3870, targets to the upside are $0.42, $0.45 and $0.46. Further targets to the upside are $0.5. $0.55 and then $0.60.
Below $0.3870, there is potential support at $0.3550, $0.34, $0.3 and then $0.28.
SGBX – Up over 20% despite earnings miss on 476% year over year increase in construction services revenue
Safe and Green Holdings (SGBX) reported Q4 EPS of -$0.24 vs -$0.12 expected and revenue of $4.1million vs $5.55million expected. However the company announced a 476% year over year increase in construction services revenue for Q4 2022 which saw the stock trading over 20% higher in pre-market.
SGBX’s CEO stated “Importantly, we have barely scratched the surface of this multi-billion-dollar industry, as illustrated by our growing sales pipeline, which is now in excess of $800 million,” in regards to the construction services revenue growth.
SGBX is trading around the psychologically important $1 level in pre-market.
Above it, targets to the upside are $1.10, $1.15, $1.18 and then the pre-market high of $1.23. Above that there is potential resistance at $1.26, $1.35, $1.40 and then $1.55.
Below $1, there is potential support at $0.86 and a gap to fill at $0.8048. All-time lows for the stock are at $0.76.
