MULN – 2nd day play after closing yesterday up over 78% post reverse split

Mullen Automotive (MULN) is an electric vehicle company that manufactures and distributes electric vehicles.

Yesterday was the first day of the stock’s trading post the completion of a 1 for 100 reverse stock split. A reverse split reduced the amount of shares in the float for trade and yesterday saw some buying come into MULN after months of selling.

MULN closed yesterday up over 78% and is one to have on your radar this morning.

$12 was a prior resistance area and now becomes a level of potential support.

Above it, targets to the upside are $14, $16, $17.50 and then yesterday’s high of $18.70. Beyond that, $20 and $30 come into play.

Below $12, there is potential support at $10 and $8.

The contract includes a base amount of $489 million and incentives and options totaling $26million.

The stock is trading up over 15% higher this morning on the news.

$5 acted as support in the pre-market and will be an important level to watch.

Above it, targets to the upside are $5.20, $5.45 and then the after-hours high at $5.52. Beyond that, $6 and $6.50 come into play.
