Contango causes it to bleed value.
So anytime it spikes I start to buy puts.
You can Google contango or save time and look at the 3-year weekly chart.
UVXY spikes when there’s fear in the market.
I’ll let the fear build for a few days and then start buying puts.
Fear is a basic human emotion. And like a cloud, it passes pretty quickly.
And UVXY moves back towards $0.
And I alerted each of those trades BEFORE I bought or sold.
