BuzzFeed, Inc (BZFD) is a digital media company that distributes content across owned and operated, as well as third-party platforms.6
In the after-hours yesterday, the company announced that it had closed its sale of Complex to NTWRK in a $108.6 million all cash deal. In addition, BZFD announced a strategic restructuring intended to reduce expenses by implementing a 16% reduction in the remaining workforce, which is expected to yield approximately $23 million in annualized compensation cost savings. The sale of Complex is intended to strengthen the balance sheet, reduce debt and Improve the liquidity of BZFD.
The stock is up over 80% in the pre-market after the news.
$0.40 has acted as a support area in the pre-market and will be an important level to watch.
Above it, targets to the upside are $0.45, $0.50, $0.55 and then the pre-market high at $0.5796. Beyond that, $0.60, $0.70, $0.80, $0.90 and $1 come into play.
Below $0.40, targets to the downside are $0.30, $0.25 and a gap to fill at $0.2186.

Monopar Therapeutics Inc (MNPR) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that engages in developing therapeutics for the treatment of cancer in the United States.
This morning MNPR released promising preclinical data for its MNPR-101 Radiopharma program targeting advanced cancers. The data showed significant tumor normalization as compared to significant growth with no treatment.
The stock traded up over 70% in the pre-market after the press release.
The $1 area has acted as resistance so far in the pre-market and will be an important level to watch.
Above it, the first target for bulls is the pre-market high at $1.07. Beyond that, $1.27, $1.44 and $1.56 come into play.
Below $1, targets to the downside are $0.90, $0.80, $0.70, $0.60 and a gap to fill at $0.57 with $0.3436 below that.

NVDA – Up over 14% in pre after beating earnings estimates and increasing guidance
NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) provides graphics, and compute and networking solutions in the United States, Taiwan, China, and internationally.
In the after-hours yesterday, NVDA reported Q4 EPS of $5.16 vs $4.60 expected with revenue of $22.1billion vs $20.4 billion. The company also guided Q1 revenue of $24 billion plus or minus 2% vs $21.9 billion expected.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated “Accelerated computing and generative AI have hit the tipping point. Demand is surging worldwide across companies, industries and nations.”
The stock is making new all-time highs this morning, trading up over 14% in the pre-market after the earnings release.
The $760 area has acted as support so far in the pre-market and will be an important level to watch.
Above it, targets to the upside are $765, $770 and then the pre-market high at $775.59. Beyond that is all time highs and round numbers such as $780, $790, $800, $810 and $820 come into play.
Below $760, there is potential support at $750, $746, $742, $720, $710, $700 and a gap to fill at $674.72.
