At RagingBull we pride ourselves in mastering the art of trading in the public markets.

And, a lot more importantly, we’re truly honored to mentor this art to our many students.

As such, I normally use this letter as an opportunity to teach you the hottest setups, showcase the market’s latest trends, and talk about our successes (and failures) at tackling them.

But today, for once, I’m going to do a 180… and talk about the opposite side of the market spectrum!

And that would be the private markets and OTC stocks.

I know this may not sound all too exciting, but hear me out, the subject matters… and it matters a lot!

If you’re an investor, there’s truly nothing out there that can match the sheer convenience of public markets.

You get to access all of a company’s financial data, you may enter and exit at any time, as you wish, the liquidity is truly unbeatable…

Oh, and did I mention, you get to do all of that while sitting in the comfort of your home, in your favorite chair?

All you need to do to own a piece of the world’s most renowned companies is to open your laptop and click one button.

It truly doesn’t get much better than that and… that’s why it has a downside!

And that downside is competition!

Public Vs Private Equity

See, all of the reasons that make public markets so convenient and “easy” also turn it into one of the most competitive environments in the world.

The problem with trading from your laptop – anybody can do it!

And a lot of people do!

When everybody has access to the same information and has it at the same time – it becomes increasingly hard to develop a competitive advantage and achieve above-average returns.

At RagingBull, we want to keep our students far ahead of the curve, which is why we have the Boardroom – service focused on private equity investments and the generally uncovered and underserved OTC stocks.

In there, our goal is to find companies with great potential… long before they become public, widely known, and accessible to anybody!

In a sense, with that service, we want to give you an opportunity to be one of those famed venture capitalists!

Take Sean Parker of Napster for example, who invested in FB before it went public.

And while we all may have missed out on Facebook, there’s no reason to miss out on the next big thing.

Our research tells us that this one company might very well be it:

Homebistro – Gourmet Meal Delivery Backed by Stephen Curry’s Wife

There’s a company doing a financing round right now that we feel may be very worthy of everyone’s attention and it’s called Homebistro.

Founded in 1999, this gourmet meal delivery service now serves over 200k customers and is looking to grow further… and grow big!

Home Bistro now has a total of four lines of celebrity chef meals

They also have agreements with Ayesha Curry – wife of NBA 3-point shooting legend Stephen Curry – and Roblé Ali in place, with plans to launch those product lines in the near future.

Homebistro currently trades on OTC under the symbol HBIS, but it recently announced plans to uplist to Nasdaq.

Here’s what Goldman Small Cap Research analyst had to say just recently:

“We believe that HBIS’ share price represents an ideal entry point with substantial potential upside in the near term through 1H22, when an up-list to NASDAQ could be filed.

Thus, our 2022 revenue forecast of $11M and our $3.40 target price could be under review for upgrades pending revenue growth magnitude during this hyper-growth period”

We’ve already studied the company up and down before making it a Boardroom pick.
