Lotto trades are EXTREMELY short-dated options with enormous volatility. 0DTE stands for 0 days to expiry. These are options with very little Theta (Time value) left and thus can have enormous swings in price.
We call them lotto’s because these trades will usually either go to 0 or move 100’s of % in just a few hours. Here are 2 ideas Ben and Ethan discussed from last Thursday afternoon: Add it to your calendar if you haven’t already!)…
AAPL Long HONORABLE MENTION
Contract: $172.50 Calls
Ethan says ‘after having an amazing day yesterday with the stock starting a ‘30 minute squeeze’, he likes these for .69 since the stock ‘looks like it wants to do something’.

Contract: $220 Calls

As always, keep in mind that these are my (or Ethan’s) trades, and we have our own objectives and risk tolerance, which may dramatically differ from yours. “0-DTE” and similar “lotto-style” trades are not for everyone. They are, by their nature, lower-probability, higher-upside-potential trades that are not for the faint of heart.
